As suggested by the group, we will have a topic for Minneapolis’ next meeting discussion – Bootstrapping or Just Can’t Raise Money – Is there a Difference? Does it Really Matter? My hope is that through this discussion we will hit on several of the more specific topics / questions that members said they would like to discuss – What kind of companies should be bootstrapped? When is the right time to raise money? How much money and from whom should I raise it? Are there special legal issues or structures that I should know about if I decide to bootstrap?
Come ready to answer tough questions about your financing strategy and to learn from your peers.
I look forward to an engaging discussion.
